Water – (Must Read)
Drinking lots and lots of water is by far one of the greatest requirements while on the HCG Diet. We recommend you drink a minimum of half your current body weight in ounce each day. For example if you weigh 250lbs then you would drink 125ozs of water each day.
Specifically, when you drink lots of water you are constantly flushing out the Ketones produced by your body as it burns your fat reserves for energy. When these Ketones are flushed out of your system it forces your body to then burn more of your fat reserves to produce more Ketones for energy thus increasing weight loss!
So . . . the more water you drink the more weight you lose!
Remember, you should not drink chlorinated water if at all possible. Always drink high quality filtered water free of heavy metals or other contaminants.
